Shipments are made by DHL courier

As required by the laws governing trade, all NEROMODENASTORE.IT shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

SHIPPING> DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped from NEROMODENASTORE.IT, Modena, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

NEROMODENASTORE.IT ships to European Community countries.

Estimated time for delivery from the date of shipment: 7/10 days

NEROMODENA S.R.L. is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure beyond the control of NEROMODENA S.R.L.

Orders for items already available are shipped two working days after the one in which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.

During the promotional period, shipments may take longer.

In all cases NEROMODENASTORE.IT reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

SHIPPING> TRACEABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from NEROMODENASTORE.IT with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by NEROMODENASTORE.IT.

SHIPPING> ORDER DELIVERY

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. NEROMODENASTORE.IT packages are carefully packaged in order to avoid breakages as much as possible due to handling by couriers.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact NEROMODENASTORE.IT at customerservice@neromodenastore.it

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with NEROMODENASTORE.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

SHIPPING> RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items intact in the package can be returned, refunded within 15 days from the date of shipment.

Return Instructions

1. To request a return authorization, the Customer must access their profile by logging in with the credentials used during registration and by selecting the ACCOUNT item, they can view their orders and request their return.

The return request which must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, NEROMODENASTORE.IT will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).

2. The return must be made with the courier indicated in the e-mail sent by NEROMODENA SRL. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail received from the Returns department NEROMODENASTORE .IT. (The Courier will bring a waybill when collecting the package).

3. The return shipment will be charged to the customer.

SHIPPING> PURCHASE REFUND

Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. For orders paid with Paypal or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.

The return of the products must be received at the headquarters of NEROMODENASTORE.IT within 5 days from the written authorization to the Customer by the Returns department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING THE RETURN

Returns must be shipped with suitable packaging that preserves their integrity. Returns of broken or damaged material are not accepted.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in shipments by NEROMODENASTORE.IT, it is required to follow the same instructions above. NEROMODENASTORE.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

NEROMODENASTORE.IT reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent by couriers other than those indicated in the email with the return instructions. However, the acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

NEROMODENASTORE.IT will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
