Warm sauce with balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP

Ingredients

Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP 100 ml
Brown sugar 50 g
cold butter 30 g
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed

Make a balsamic reduction with the sugar and add the diced butter.
Mix until completely dissolved, adjust with salt and pepper.
To be used as an accompaniment to roasted meats
